New rule in the chat: We've answered a lot of questions in recent weeks about St. Louis being defined as a "baseball town", and if an NFL team is going to come back, etc. Here's my answer. St. Louis will be a baseball town as long as the Cardinals are in St. Louis, and that's not going to change any time soon. And no, I don't think STL should do a single thing to bring the NFL back, or show any interest in doing that. Those are my answers moving forward, so unless they change I'm not going to approve those questions. Thanks! We've got about 20 more minutes to go.
Some Cardinals do that, too, and it scares the crap out of me. I feel like you are waiting for something bad to happen.
Never forget. I tweeted that he has come a long way since he ate the lizard. Someone responded that the lizard has come a long way since it took over Mikolas' body. Now I'm stumped.
Because he will be 31 years old and the market has not been kind to anyone lately, let alone players on the wrong side of 30. See Harper and Machado, and their ages.
I don't hate it. Maty Mauk would bring some Manziel-lite to the mix. Kidding, I think. Here's another name worth throwing out there for coach. Ricky Proehl. He would move the needle more than Jim Haslett, I think.
"A few" guys have been since, per Berube. And that includes guys who are playing. No one is naming names at the moment.
I'll go former: Goldschmidt.
