I like Fowler in center until they determine that he can't play there. I would play Ozuna in right, Fowler in center and Pham in left at the start of the spring. I'm not sure about Fowler's arm in right field. Grichuk might be the best center fielder of the lot but he isn't starting, if he's here.
I think that Matt Adams ship has sailed. They don't like him at first.
I would be up for that. He was their best starter in 2015.
I'm a big Martinez fan and, failing to trade for or sign a first baseman, I'm OK with trying him there this spring. He's going to have to be a little better defensively than he showed last year although he has been working on it, reportedly, this off-season.
Baseball is famous for trading for players who already have had their best seasons and that may be the case with Ozuna. But he is young enough and has improved every year while Piscotty, unfortunately, regressed.
I do not know that. But Jose Martinez can play it for $560,000 and J.D. Martinez for $30 million a year.
Reyes and DeJong are past the prospect stage. The Rays couldn't answer the phone fast enough to make that one.
You will see a better infield defense and better baserunning with the return of Oquendo. That alone could mean four or five more wins.
I wouldn't think so. The Dodgers couldn't wait to get him out of the clubhouse.
