We'll find out Saturday. Anybody that says they know how this team will react is either a sorcerer or just making stuff up.
Can't disagree there. Those are usually frustration fouls. Every team makes them. No coach likes them.
Recruit better ball-handlers? This team has had turnover issues for three straight years. This isn't a new trend.
We've touched on that more times today than he's made 3s this year.
Why does the coach who's team is in total control have to make an inspiring halftime speech? If it ain't broke ...
Multiple outlets have reported that Auburn is close to hiring Derek Mason. Great hire for new coach Bryan Harsin.
The next signing period is in four weeks. I would think they'll have someone hired by then, but they're only planning on adding a few additions by then.
He was one of four four- or five-star receivers that Ohio State signed last year. There's no shame in not getting on the field as a freshman for one of three best programs in the country. He doesn't need to be in game day shape in January. More like August.
They've fulfilled all the sanctions to my understanding.
He doesn't strike me as a player who's going to get much better with another year. Seems like he's been there forever.
None that I've heard. He's 64. Not sure that's the demo Drink will look for.
I think Lovie just proved he's not cut out for the college game.
Maybe, but that's not what happened in Starkville. Ben Howland said it himself. He didn't do or say anything extraordinary at halftime. His team just started making shots and getting more rebounds.
I think it's natural to let your guard down a little bit when you're getting some accolades that you've never gotten before. But if that's a problem with this team, they have to address it quickly. Also, and Tilmon made this point after the game, teams are going to approach Missouri differently this year as long as the Tigers are ranked and favored. It's new territory for every player on this team to be the hunted.
The last ESPN bracketology had the SEC getting six teams: Tennessee (3 seed), Missouri (4), Florida (6), Arkansas (8), LSU (9) and Alabama (11 seed). At this point I'd be surprised if anyone else slips into the mix. Maybe one of the Mississippi schools. Maybe Kentucky if the Cats get things figured out and go on a long winning streak.
That's just his game. He's incredibly quick and explosive but not very strong physically. He set a career-high with eight assists in the last game, so it almost feels like nitpicking for blaming him for the last game. He's been the best or second-best player on this team for the whole season.
Well, David Gibbs was supposed to be the takeaway wizard, and it hasn't really resulted in many takeaways since he's been on the staff the last two years.
OK, folks. That's all my time today. We'll do this again next week.
