I don't care what Steve Weeks leaked out about Vladi still wanting a trade. Last year he got paid 9.5 mill this year it's only 5 million. Cap hit is still 7.5. Anyway keeping him gives us the best chance to win this coming year. What would you get for him as a rental? Nothing comparable to Vladi's production in a walk year.

As I have stated before one thing that really hurts the Cardinals from making major trades at the deadline is there minor league ranking. Other teams only want there top prospects because no one has any faith in the rest. We know the Cardinals aren’t going to give up there top guys because of there draft and develop model. So nothing happens or it is a fringe trade at best. What is your opinion?

Interesting best ever Blues lineups - teams 1 and 2. If we're talking guys in their prime, you might add Gretzky? Granted, Gretzky was not in his prime during his St Louis year. What about coaches? I'd have to go with Berube (hey he won our only cup), and Hitchcock (transformed the team that has been good for over a decade and won the cup). Amazing that they'd beat out Bowman and Quenneville, but it's fair for what they did here IMO. How would you rank the top 2 coaches for those all time Blues teams? Also - Worst luck as a Blues coach has to go to Mike Kitchen?

This would have to overcome the teams' reluctance to trade within the division, let alone their biggest rival, but if the Cards think Molina might not come back productively this year, and if they've lost a bit of confidence in his supposed heirs-apparent, everybody's expecting Willson Contreras to be on the trading block this summer.......

All sports leagues are filled with guys who could have been great, except they just couldn't stay healthy. Alex Reyes seems like he might be one of those guys. Over your career, can you identify one or two guys you thought could have been great but they couldn't stay off of the injured list?
