I believe you would like to see Kyrou on the third line more than Craig Berube would at this point. Jordan was coming on before the break, but he hasn't earned the Chief's trust just yet.
I can't imagine him getting less than $8 million a year. He is one of the top five or six defensemen in the game and he is in his prime. I know the flat cap will cause havoc, but the truly elite players can still expect to get paid. Frankly he would be a bargain at just $8 million.
You are lucky indeed, plus you got to see Gibson, Brock, Ozzie plus Chris Carpenter, Adam Wainwright, Scott Rolen and Jim Edmonds. Not bad!
There are other ways to get to the salary cap number without trading an elite goal scorer in his prime. So the answer is no.
Because giving him a whole year off would screw up his development.
There would have to a be kiss-and-make-up gesture to get the statue, but that could happen.
At his age, he should probably stay as far away from his contagious team as possible.
Jake gives up too many goofy goals. In his one start in the round-robin he saw bad-angle shots right off the bat. For a reason. But Jake is nice athlete who is a big plus with his puck-handling.
With a doubleheader, we will see two different lineups. But I would vote for that. Sounds about right.
Nothing from Jim Thomas yet.
Cincinnati, Milwaukee, Kansas City, Pittsburgh and Cleveland come to mind.
Actually I do have to run soon.
Ah, Chris Chelios. Absolutely an all-time great.
OK, I have to run. See you next time!
