It's a good question. He's the only one who knows.
I would assume things will pick up extensively after this week.
The NFL isn't likely to return here anytime soon. Neither will the NBA.
I expect Weaver to be a solid No. 3 starter in the majors. I wouldn't expect him to be a No. 1 or No. 2 starter, though, but he'll be darn close.
I have to believe that Michael Porter Jr. will declare for the NBA.
Only the Marlins would know that question.
On a national level, St. Louis is seen as one of the best baseball markets in America. It's clearly no longer and NFL market or an NBA market, but it's very respected as a baseball town.
Oliver Marmol is the first base coach.
You can always get better, but I wouldn't mess too much with this team's chemistry right now.
Let's wait a few months before declaring this winter a failure.
I'm afraid to say that no former Cardinals player is likely to earn a spot on my ballot this year. Rolen was brilliant, but he's no Hall of Famer. Isringhausen was quite good too, but he's not a Hall of Famer. I've never voted for Larry Walker. Chris Carpenter was a horse, but he's not a Hall of Famer either.
Thanks for joining this week's live chat. Have a great Thanksgiving.
